Management Consulting and Counseling
Management consulting involves working with management teams or individuals to address specific issues or tensions, build synergy, work through transitions, and generally support complementary and maximally effective relationships among supervisory and executive-level staff.
3B will provide a source of objectivity to help court units see issues and challenges from a fresh perspective, free from the influence of internal politics. As such, 3B can also serve as a source of neutral authority to help resolve challenges or issues that may have stagnated due to perceived biases, personality clashes, or communication problems.
